This is just one reason why touching your face with your hands is a bad idea.</p>
<p>Keeping your hands clean is a must if you can&#8217;t make yourself stop touching your face. Keep those hands clean by washing them throughout the day!</p>
<p>Your face should get two washes every day. We can even get clogged pores in our sleep. You should have a cleaning routine for your skin that you do in the morning and at night. During the day your pores get heavily clogged by environmental agents, so your evening routine will be more extensive while your morning routine need consist of little more than a quick washing. This is one of the best ways to stay acne free! </p>
<p>You have plenty of options available for cleaning your skin and fighting acne. Some manage to get by with just a quick washing routine a couple of times a day. Some people will have to use stronger products on their skin to keep it clean. You might decide that your best defense against acne is a natural lifestyle and a regular exercise routine.
